What weapons can players use in Witchfire? However, if they die, they lose all their progress unless they use a portal to escape and cash in what they've earned. In Witchfire, players start weak and collect witchfire by killing enemies to gain experience points. Witchfire is a visually stunning and challenging game with satisfying gunplay, set in a dark and hopeless atmosphere where players take on the role of a prayer sent by the Vatican to kill a witch.
